Sorry I've been neglecting my blog...  I'll have to catch up for the past week or so in the next few entries... 

Today, I called my girlfriend, Arlene, to wish her a Happy 'Pre' Mother's Day... sometimes we have to do that because who knows what will come up over the weekend with our own families, so we have to do that sometimes.  We were chatting and something came up about makeup we used back in high school (our 20 year reunion is coming up - ugh)...  'Remember when we had to melt the tips of our wooden eyeliners by burning it to melt it and apply it???'  We were laughing so hard just thinking about it!!  It's fun thinking back so long ago - it was good times, also for the things we used to do to look good!  Thank goodness for current makeup like: MK eyeliner pencils - retractable, no sharpening, and definitely no lighters involved.  As Mary Kay consultants, we're concerned about how people put makeup on!  I cannot believe what we used to do... glad we know better!!  Ok, back to the present : )  Off to watch my Grey's repeat on my DVR...
