I want to wish a Happy-Happy Birthday to Arlene - one of my long time best friends since we were babies. It's so neat how Arlene and I met up again back in elementary school.  I'm so glad our dads were in the Navy and were both stationed in the DC area that we met up again as classmates. This was just the beginning of our long time friendship from our parents' friendship when we were babies, both born in Hawaii.  And now we have children of our own who are all growing up knowing each other.  We stay in touch so much it's when we don't get to talk in a week's time that we hope we are each doing ok... and if we were caught up in our favorite soap - All My Children : )  I'm so glad to have her as a great friend!!
